i dont have to purchase this product again, I'm on my third one. All i sand is small wooden knife handles on the weekends and each machine has lasted about a month. I am familiar with the use of all power tools and i assure you i do not beat on the machine, i keep it spotless by constantly blowing it out during use. The only upside is that it always fails within the time period that allows you to swap for a new one. The downside is repacking it and returning it ruins my momentum for the day.

I bought it a month ago. Used it a whille. Now I can't get the thing to start. I charge the battery and nothing. It used to start, run a bit and then stop. Now it won't start at all. Is the charger light supposed to stay on or flicker? Now it flickers on two or three times and then stays on solid.

I have a Grizzly... same problems. I even returned it to them. They sent it back and said they could not find anything wrong with it. If you touch a pencil to the disk when spinning and then turn it off, the mark will only be on about a third of the disk. shakes itself off the bench.

They are commercially available. Made by HTC and I believe you can buy them from Woodcraft still.

NOTE: The 2005 model need to be tweaked to fit the SawStop, however I noticed the newer models do not.
